Fit Out of 15,000 Square Feet of New Office Space in Bristol

With a lease expiry approaching on their existing Bristol office, Canada Life decided to relocate to a new building rather than upgrade the existing space. The Canada Life leadership team wanted to provide a new working environment that could offer better facilities to their people and bring about greater wellbeing in line with Canada Life ESG.

The key design elements were used from the first two projects, but again adapted to reflect the Bristol culture which is more laid back and office focussed.

Working in collaboration with the PEN partnership team, the design and build project was managed by Lara Conaway of Fit out Expert, supported by Jenny Lancaster in a technical role. Lara also provided full environmental and wellbeing accreditations achieving SKA Gold, Fitwel 2 Star and a carbon footprint report on the fit out.
