Refurbishment of 11,000 Square Feet in the City of London

Following on from the success of the refurbishment of the Potters Bar campus, Canada Life decided to roll out the upgrade programme across their UK buildings.

For the London office, the same design principles and finishes were utilised and adaptions made in the layout and facilities to ensure the new working environment reflected the culture and specific requirements of the City teams.

Once again working conjunction with PEN Partnership, Jenny Lancaster of Fit Out Expert project managed the entire design and build process including agreement of contract terms, with PEN Partnership supporting the Canada Life leadership team.
Lara Conaway provided move management services and full environmental and wellbeing accreditations in line with Canada Life ESG, achieving SKA Gold and Fitwel 2 Star.
