Move Management of 350 people from 3 Locations into New Headquarters Building in London
William Hill acquired brand new office space totalling 35,000 square feet in the heart of the west end. The business objectives were to rationalise the property holdings in central London, provide a new headquarters that would reflect the evolving culture and provide a new, contemporary working environment for teams arriving from other offices outside of the UK.
Fit Out Expert took on a move management role, working alongside PEN Partnership, the management consultants who were advising William Hill on a financial restructure.
This was a complex relocation involving a simultaneous move from 3 different locations across a single weekend and the acquisition of space in co-working/serviced office facility to give a temporary working environment to those coming in from other locations around the world.
The Fit Out Expert team worked closely with the construction company, communications team and the internal IT team. The relocation was completely successful and all teams were in position and ready to work on Day 1.
