With a lease expiry approaching on their existing Bristol office, Canada Life decided to relocate to a new building rather than upgrade the existing space.
The leadership team wanted to create a more comfortable environment that would improve wellbeing and encourage teams to collaborate and meet in the office.
The project brief was to develop and manage a programme of team relocations and refurbishment works that would allow an upgrade of the facilities and working environment across 100,000 square feet whilst the buildings were fully occupied.
